The specific scope, price, timeline, revisions, and deliverables for a project may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will control.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or communicating with us.
You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility may vary by service and will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, or client agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for work already completed, strategy sessions already provided, and custom creative services already delivered are nonrefundable.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, videos, photographs, and other materials—belong to Do It For The One Marketing or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.
Ownership and usage rights for custom client work will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may retain ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, internal processes, templates, and proprietary methods.
SMS Messaging Terms
By voluntarily providing your mobile number and separately consenting to receive text messages, you authorize Do It For The One Marketing to send messages to the number provided. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include responses to service inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, customer-care communications, requested follow-ups, and occasional marketing or promotional messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
